Beginning our journey, our chef started with Fenchiew, a traditional Chinese liquor, which represents the proud nation’s historical and cultural roots. The liquor’s unique flavours: rich and varied with a tinge of floral sweetness, often lingers in his mind. In a flash of inspiration, he married the essence of Fenchiew with the richness of cheese and light tartness of lemon, to make one of his unique sought-after creations, perfect for those who don’t like overly sweet desserts.
